Specifically, the requirements for printing materials when the screen printing machine is in operation are as follows:     The base of the film and the polyester film need to be highly transparent. At the same time, the emulsion side should be on the front of the film.      We often find that some users use the emulsion side on the back of the film, which is used for offset printing positives. Using this film for plate exposure will not ensure quality because the image on the emulsion side of the film needs to be in close contact with the photosensitive adhesive layer of the screen stencil during exposure. Additionally, the density of the film needs to be greater than D3. The density of the images and text on all parts of the film needs to be high. Hand-carved masks are not suitable for use as screen printing films. The film should be made using high-hardness photographic film. Also, before using the film for exposure, it should be cleaned with a cleaner or dust removal roller.     The screen used for screen printing should have a certain high tension, very low tension loss, high tension stability, good wear resistance, low water absorption, and good acid resistance.
